What is a "Benefactor"? 

A Benefactor is a financial supporter: someone who aids a cause, institution, or person; especially with a gift of money.

At Benefactor Home Loans charity begins at home. Benefactor Home Loans has taken this principal literally by building a mortgage business model from the ground up, based on non-profit networking.  By building an organization in this fashion we are able to donate 20% of our fees to a non-profit or charity of your choice. We can do this because instead of spending money on advertising and marketing, we rely on our clients, donors, and respective non-profits and charities to help us spread the word.

We are not a public company and are not driven solely by corporate profits.  We measure our success and yours by the positive impact we have on our communities.
